hunt coat sizing

Do you find the wool hunt coats come up big or small. Im a size 14 in tops so but dont know which size to go for thank you.

I thought they came up small, especially with a hip flask in pocket, one size bigger for me.

I have a 36'' and am a size 12 - without a waistcoat it feel quite loose, but gets snugger with more layers.

You should be fine with a 38'' but worth trying on a few as the cut will also differ.
