Hunt whip

Does any body know whether there is anyone that can repair hunt whips? I have one with a broken shaft. (I think that is what it is called) I thought it might be cheaper to repair mine rather than buying a new one. Any thoughts or recommendations?

I'll second David Thorne, sent my whip for mending this summer and he also made OH's whip I bought for his 21st. Really impressive job he does too
