Hunter cavesson noseband - thick?

I am looking to purchase a thick cavesson noseband for competing in WH classes - possibly 1.5 inch? - does anyone have any suggestions on where to get it? have looked in tons of online shops and cant see anything suitable?

Second the Fylde saddlery.I had a two inch noseband made up for my lad it cost £27.

Gibsons in Newmarket usually have good plain suitable for showing type tack and if they dont they will make one for you at a reasonable rate.
