Hi, just thought I'd share this and see if anyone else has had a similar experience. My friend bought a new pair of these hunter neoprene riding wellies. After two months the sole has come away from the boot. She rang customer services, only to be told that they aren't meant to be worn everyday, she should only wear them from riding. Hunter told her they would not repair/refund/replace them!
I think that is awful customer service, and a rediculous design!
What horse person buys wellies to not wear them everyday?! Glad I decided to stick with a new pair of Tyne Muck boots, Which I do wear everyday.
