I know this sounds bit of a pathetic post, but walked a course today for tomorrow and just know i wont be able to sleep due to a bogey fence, its quite near to the end of the course i dare say my ned will be bit tired and keep thinking the worse will happen, as i said i know its sad! Basically its a drop and then 2 strides to a shaved off log top with straw bale underneath it, i keep telling myself just think of it as a plain up-right but still not managed to convince myself!!!!
Has anyone else had this experience if so how did u over come it?
Any help greatly received!

Hi
You'll have hopefully have jumped this successfully by the time you read this.
My advice would be to keep kicking on and not to give up towards the end of the course. Its very easy to feel knackered or complacent but ride it as if it was the first.
