Afternoon!
Basically in October i did a 2"3 pairs hunter trials and it went sooo badly. Both our horses were in french link snaffles and both my 14h cob Merlin and my friends horse tbx Scarlett wanted to go in front and we did the whole course flat out gallop with no control whatsoever and we were about 2 minutes faster than the bogey time!
I'm entering the 2ft singles at the same venue this saturday in a french link gag and merlin is a lot better now. Thing is he either takes a hold or he is so behind the leg i am booting every stride though he is a lot more off my leg now. Any tips fo keeping connected and listening to me??
