Don't like Hunter wellies any more, they only seem to last five mins now they're fashionable and no longer made in Scotland. I'll stick with my Ariats thanks.

Blimey ok. Pleased they are 'fashionable' as Ive had my pair 17 years and wear them most days. Lol.

My last pair have just lasted 18months where as my first pair lasted 10years. Not gonna bother again. Sorry Hunters but you have changed. From being Scottish to be Chinese, you got greedy and have c*&ked up Sorry.

Hunters are now useless, I can't get a pair to last 4 months let alone 18 months. Heels break down, sides crack and the rubber just seems to perish. Utter rubbish. I use muck boots now

I had the hole in the heel for ages but thought that was my fault but the tread is now cracked and sides leaking.

My first pair of Hunters lasted 10years. I got another pair which lasted 5months, then bought some more which lasted 6months. Will never buy them again - total rubbish.

I love my ariat wellies

I have a pair which are maybe 2 or 3 years old and I absolutely adore them. Have heard bad things about the newer ones though.

I wont pay for a set of Hunter Wellies anymore, but I wouldn't say no to a free pair

Years ago, they were the best wellies in the world and would last years, but these days the hunter original is worse quality and lasts less time before the plastic splits than a cheap unbranded supermarket pair!
