hunting a young horse for the first time

hi. has anyone got any tips of advice on autumn hunting a young horse for the first time. i have hunted my old horse for many seasons but due to his unlevelness he is going to take a back seat from now on. hence i need to get my youngster up and running. any advice would be apprehiated.

Go with somebody as a nannie, and stay at the back if you can LOL! Its normally a quiet time autumn hunting so should be a good time to go. Keep us posted.

Yep, and take it steady. Often first time they're so amazed they behave really well, but sit tight on the second outing!
