For those "sat on the fence" and wishing to find out more about hunting, this week is Hunting Newcomers Week, where people are being welcomed to find out about hunting at special 'newcomers' meets around the country.
To find out if your local hunt is participating, visit www.mfha.co.uk or
www.amhb.org.uk and contact the secretary who will give you meet times etc. Why not go along and see what it is all about, even if you go on foot (which is great fun) ?
The Government actually conducted a report - the Burns report, which gives the full argument, it is worth a read to anyone with an interest in hunting. (both for and against hunting) http://www.huntinginquiry.gov.uk/
