Hunting ....... Berkshire

I would love to have a go at hunting. Have never been before. What do I need to do ? Where do I start ? What do I wear, who do contact ? are all the jumps optional ? Will I be laughed at for not jumping them ??

I know my horse would be fine - it is me that does not like his jumping, although I must say I prefer is jump out hacking. School jumping is awful. I know he has done cross country but not with me.

Any advice appreciated please
