Hi,
I'm 20 and have owned my brilliant horse for 7 years, have hunted her a couple of times years ago with east kent, and always had great fun! Looking back I should have done more, but I tended to focus on my showjumping.... Now shes coming up to 21 and had a few health issues last year she is in retirement livery not far from me.. The lady that runs it is so lovely I come up and hack her once or twice a week still, but I don't want to push her as she is now an older lady
I also school my friends 5year old every so often and she has offered for me to take him out hunting, but I don't feel that I'd be able to give him the confidence he needs as I haven't done it in so long!
Anyway enough rambling, how do I go about doing it if I haven't got a ride? Is there somewhere I could advertise or just ask around? I would so love to do it again as I remember having such great fun and massive adrenaline rush!
I'm fairly lightweight (8st10) so am able to ride ponies.
