Hunting in Essex

Does anyone know where I can get info on the hunting set in essex. I haven't been in quite a few years ( 10+!!) and would like to go this season. but don't know where to start looking.

I hunt in Essex but nothing is hunting at the mo because of F&M

Give the Essex Farmers a try, great bunch of people with a real fighting sprite.

They don't mess about, and will have no truck from the scum bag antis.

OOh I like this post as I was thinking that I would like to give this a try this season..... but I have never hunted before and actually haven't a clue where to start....

As long as your ponio is relatively well behaved, then just come out! You need to be dressed as if you were going to a show (tweed coat etc), pony needs to be claen and smart (not plaited until November), that's it!

We do hold hound rides, which are like hacks with hounds, but they are off at the mo too

We are all friendly and there is always a way round anything you don't like the look of!

Go for it!!
