Any hints? My old boy, 22 yr x racer, doesn't like standing around and starts to threaten (sorry sp is terrible!) to have a benny fit but I'd like to take him out this week. Other than walking him round constantly has anyone any tips to keeping his feet on the floor - other than not taking him :) ?

I read that as hunting an old man - I mean, I know they've banned hunting foxes but really!! :D

Try to plan ahead so you don't get bottled in a small area, hang out the back a bit probably, have you got a friend to hold hs hand?

Am SO SO angry with myself

Lamed horse yesterday after having a disagreement about the pace we should be doing on the green lane out hacking. It is totally my fault and I could have prevented it happening but was being pigheaded. AAAGGGGRRRRRRRHHHHH

*smacks self about face several times*

Now have to hope the poor boy is still my friend and recovers as quickly as I managed to hurt him! :( :( sniff.
