Hunting On The Quad! Gloucester

Morning,

Just wondering about local hunts in gloucester as Im new to the area I would like to bring my pony out in January. Wondering how I would get to meet people and possibly go out on the quad at all?? Any advice on local hunts would also be appreciated.

I have been out with the VWH and Cotswold and have never seen any quads out with the VWH. The Cotswold allow a select few but generally only the terrier man is allowed to go across all of the farmer's land. It may be worth you giving the secretary a ring, the number is on their website.

Where abouts are you in Gloucester?

TBH I think you'd probably have to follow on foot. Have seen a quad out with Cotswold but I don't think just anyone can.

Ok thanks Im just at hartpury near maisemore, I used to hunt on the quad all last season. Will try and get out on foot though Thankyou
