I did my Stage I there a few years ago, got on well with Carole & Judith. Judith also helped daughter with her PC Lunge test last year and she passed with flying colours. So I would say the quality of teaching is still really good.
What do you want to know - pm if you prefer??
I took my Stage 4 there years ago, although I didn't train there as you had to take it away from your base, then a bit more recently had some unmounted sessions with Carol when I was planning to do my BHSI (didn't get around to it in the end) I think it's very efficient and very good at getting people through BHS exams, along with giving them hands-on experience of a well-run yard. I like Carol too. I suppose if I had a criticism it would be that students aren't necessarily exposed to slightly sharper, competition-type horses as all theirs are very much geared to student riding/handling - but that's probably true of all these places.
It has always been a very friendly, well-run establishment and they are very helpful at adapting to your needs. Carol is practical, down to earth and very knowledgeable. She will encourage without giving false hope.
Thanks everyone for your replies! I'm looking into their working student course, hence after opinions. Seems really positive so i guess the next stage is a visit and assessement. Thanks again
