hi all

Just wanted to highlight the problems am having with huntmaster pro clippers. I shared the cost of these with a friend, purchased from ebay (ouch I hear you say) and yes they where cheap £108.

First used and the clipped 2 horses lovely, second time used, they were okay little snags such as difficult to sit the blades, had to over tension them for them to clip properly, went to use them the third time and half way through clip, the main crank shaft which should be connected to the motor and generates the vibration for the blades to do their job has come away from the motor.

As you can guest not happy as they have 6 months warranty and have lost total confidence in them. Letter of complaint sent to company and waiting for response, i

Bad luck i bought some matrix ones off e bay i think they are similar to the ones you have mine have been fantastic no probs and blades clip froever but same as you had to tighten the tention more than recomended and blades are a little tricky to place until you get used to them but once i did they have been super ,bad luck with yours but i suspect your problem may have been over tention and perhaps bad blades placement but hope they replace them for you .

I have a pair of huntmaster clippers. Had them 3 years and they has served my 2 horses very well I clips 2-3 times per year and never had any problems.
i might add Masterclip are imported from china too, infact if you look at their clippers some are the same as Huntmaster.

Also bare in mind your toaster, TV, fridge etc is also imported and made in china. what electrical items aren't nowadays.

I would very much recommend huntmaster clippers. No probs, great clippers, great price!. :)
