Retired today. What a horse, such a tough little fighter. I am so glad he got to retire and hope he has a fabulous and long one.
He looks a bit 'hot' for hunting though!

I hope he has a long and happy retirement. I suspect that he may end up at the National Stud with the other big name stars. Do a bit of showing and PR work then get to be admired, patted and fed treats all day long!

He might settle down a bit when they stop hard feeding and he is just given enough to keep him relaxed, plenty of turnout and see how he copes.
I suspect people will not be queing up to take him to any shows.

I'm so pleased he's retiring sound and in one piece! Such a wonderful hurdler, so brave and so gutsy - hope he has a great retirement whatever he does (even if it's just sat in a field getting fat!)
