I need a few layers for Alfie. I don’t want to spend a lot as he is wearing them under turnouts and they are just to be able to add or remove.

I see Hope Valley Saddlery have some seriously cheap HY brand rugs which will wok out cheaper than buying liners.

Something like this! Dirt cheap but will do the job
They also have others.
How do they come up size wise?
Sometimes I look at him and think 6’9 Is maybe a tad small so if they are not big sizes I may go 7’ 😬😬

For scale I just bought him a Weatherbeeta under rug, lovely but could have done with a 7’ in that for sure.
He has a Rambo 6’9- bit small
Shires highlander 6’9 looks fine 🤷‍♀️

I have a Hy Storm X cooler and find it comes up small. Which to be fair, as it's main use is a lightweight cooler underneath a T/O rug isn't a bad thing but it's definitely the first rug that comes up short in the back on mine.

I had a hy storm it was about 2 sizes too small even though i got the correct size.
Take a look at caballo liners, £25 for a 100g, and true to size

I've got the extact one in a 6,9 im using as a liner he normally takes 6,9 I'd say it's true to size but not generous. I don't mind liners been a bit small as it stops them hanging out from under the turnout

Good value for the money, it's not rubbed or anything and proved useful

They look alright actually! I’ve never heard of them.
Do the back clips fit Horseware rugs do you know? Not worried about the front end!
