Hydrophane Leather dressing - how to open it?

How do you open the bl@sted tin??

I've unscrewed the cap and tried to lever off the cover that seems to be underneath, using my fingernails and a knife blade but can't do it! Does anyone know if there is a knack please?!

Think you need stab a hole with a screwdriver!

I use a srewdriver to puncture a hole and then lever the metal bit out the middle with the screwdriver.

Hammer and nail, make two small holes top and bottom. One to let the oil out and one to let air in.

I do, she broke her leg, she was ridden by Derick Rickets. It was on telly when they used to show a lot of show jumping. I cried my eyes out.
