Hyperdrug WebSite ... do you have the same problems as me!

I tried to use the Hyperdrug WebSite last week and once again it tries to double up on my choices and whatever you do, even log out and back in, it still does it.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me and my friend says she also had the same problem

But when I phone through to make my order, the nice lady on the phone, on both occasions says that they have never had this problem reported to them ....

I did say that they could lose business due to this problem, but she did not seem to be bothered.... I suppose because she thought I was imagining it

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

BTW The 1st time it was Wormers and this time it was Equisup

I've used them quite a few times, mainly for horse, dog and cat wormers, and never had that problem ordering on line. Not really got any ideas why it could be happening I'm afraid!

Hiya, I used it for the first time last night, and it was fine for me, though if two things arrive instead of one i wont be happy! (unless its free!)

Used them alot. Never had any problems and always receive mry order really quick!

Looks like its just me ..... perhaps it's only when I try and order on line from work

and that's my punishment

Although my friend had the same problem

For those of you thinking they may double up on your order, do not worry, as it will be obvious to you, so you will be ok

Well....and me!!!

The weird thing is that when you log out and go back onto the site, the same things you want and don't want are still there! And you can't remove them!!

On the last occasion I went to wormers.co.uk instead as it was midnight and I couldn't ring anyone to order!
