i’m not sure what the name for my ponies colour is

If you just want to refer to her on a day to day basis in a way most horsey people will understand as correct skewbald or coloured will do.

Skewbald means white with patches of any colour except black. Coloured just means not a solid colour so any variation on piebald and skewbald and some times roans and spotties lumped in too.

Lots of the answers above are more technical, referring to the genes for colour which most people day to day aren't too bothered about. If you are bothered in a more precise explanation of her colour you can get genetic tests, but the guys on here are very good at narrowing it down based on photos and information you can provide.
