Yippeeee!!!
As the title says, I rode today the first time in over 12 months.
It has been 16 weeks to the day that I had my baby. It has taken a while for my C-Section to heal and most people were telling me to not rush to jump back on as they did and ended up regretting it.
I was more concerned that I would be nervous, but no, I felt like I had come home.
So good to be back on my boy. I only walked him around the field twice but that was enough for both of us. We have a long haul of fittening to do.
So, all being well I will ride again tomorrow evening. Yippeeeee!!
