I am a bad weather rider!

You know a fair weather rider?
Well I'm the opposite.
Last 3 weeks when it has been nice and sunny I haven't felt like riding at all, this week we have had some rain and what do I want to do? Go and ride!
I really am backwards...
 
I didn't ride at all in the heat! I'm with you on that one! Mind you don't like rain too much either I'm a sort of dull/non-rain/non-sunny weather rider!! Oh and no wind either!! lol
 
I always hated show jumping in the summer and people commented how annoyed I looked at shows. Once winter came I loved it. Just don't like heat and neither did my horse so we were well suited
 
To be honest if I want to ride I ride no matter what's happening weather wise (unless he's wet thro or it's really icy!) - it's only today that I've cancelled my lesson due to forecast but it's on grass & we have no studs so not the best idea!!!!!!!!
 
Do you know what, I hacked Tia last week and I normally HATE hacking and was frowning when it began raining but I loved it

No one was around - no joggers, dog walkers, teenages, kids - no one..I had the forest to myself singing the Black Beauty theme tune

But when I hacked her yesterday in dry weather we came across the world and his dog

had all the horses out last monday when it was monsoon weather and they all hated me so much

been out today on babyhorse= trotting along happily, i was just preparing to duck down for a tree branch and BH took a flying leap across a puddle and i got a faceful of wet leaves

had a leaf stuck in my hat top when i got home
