I am cold and I don't like it

have spent ages in the cold and rain putting up the dog kennel and run, the house is cold due to a £1000 gas bill that is for a 4 month period. got to go and walk the dogs in a mo and it needs to be along one as I am out tonight and local fireworks are on.
