I am confused!!

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong place. Something strange is going on with my settings. If I hold the cursor over any of the post titles it gives a translation. Eg- the top post about Trolls says Troll, 1.gnomo, 2.pes corcon cana..... It does this over every new post in each area? Have I changed something by a mistake or is this a new feature.....it is just a bit distracting. It also does it over every word the cursor rests on in a post, making them hard to read...what have i done, can anyone help me!!!!! go to language & regional options in the control panel of windows (assuming your using windows sorry if not cant help!) & make sure everything is set to english.

Thanks for your help, tried that and it is still doing it!! Think its something to do with google now as it is not doing it at home, only at work, must have clicked translate or something but it will not go away!!
