Vardi is moving today to a part DIY yard, I get the Mucking out and haying up every day and paddock poo picking on a Tuesday night.

Now I have not mucked out or put down a bed for ohh about 10 years. My horses have either been living out 24/7 or full livery.

So Yesterday off I went all gung ho new pitch fork in hand and being me asked if I could take the vacated that morning stable which was still full of another horses bedding rather than the totally empty and cleaned one they had prepared for me as it had a better view for the horse. I then heard myself saying "don't worry I'll clean this one up and lay a new bed" in a it will only take me a few mins kind of way!

Two hours later after emptying out all the dirty bedding, swilling down the walls and floors and relaying the bed every piece of me ached and I was coughing like an asmatic stoker.

So I am assuming that this will help with my fitness campaign or will it just kill me?

i have a stable that doubles as a field shelter, another stable and then about 6 stables at work to muck out every day. great fun depending on the type of bedding!

PMSL! Sorry but that has really made me laugh!
