Ok so Sandy has lost another shoe goofing around in the field and I have had enough, so I have decided to go barefoot with him.
He has always been bare on the back feet, he is only shod on the front.

So, what do I do?
Besides have his shoes taken off!

Sadly I have no knowledge whatsoever of barefoot management and I'm only doing it to save time and money as I am sick of him throwing shoes left, right and centre.

Ps.
He is a native crossbreed, and I know that it's not just the farrier as he has had two different farriers and lost shoes with both of them. :o

I feel you have to have your heart in it as well and the fact you say your only doing it to save time and money makes me wonder if you would make it work but you may have a easy one who knows. Do a search on here and you will find all you need.

I find I don't save time if anything it takes me longer with sorting feet out
