i am very mad!

grr i am so mad!
went out to the yard today like usual. i was helping mucking out and all that stuff with the school ponies. I have a few friends out there and they asked me to come out a few weeks ago and i came out for the past few weeks. the manager(ill call her J) was off sick when i went out.
Today I went out and everything was fine. J saw me and said "lorraine when have u started to come out?" i answered her and told her and she told me im not meant to be here because we have too many helpers here. now to be honest, ive been riding there for 7 years. the other girls that come out are all under 10years. They are afraid to muck out and stand behind the ponies.
They dont know how to tack up ect.. I know they are here to help and learn but seriously, J told ME im not meant to be here. The girls have only be coming riding the last year.
I am so mad ! what will i do? Will i keep coming out or shall i just stop? I dont want to talk to J because she is really cranky!(one of those people). Everyone at the yard leaves because of her! :O i am just so mad and really dont want to leave the yard and know i wont leave it. But everything was perfect when she was off for a few weeks.

im just really annoyed now and it ruined my day :/

I think you need to find another riding school or look for a pony to look after for someone privately.
I never worked at riding schools when i was younger, i was lucky enough to work at a DIY livery yard in the area doing all the crappy jobs in return for rides.
Then once you get talking to the liveries most are really nice and will try and help you out by offering you a ride in return for mucking out etc, its a hard way to go but after years i now have my own horse that i bought myself and I feel as though i really worked hard.
There are alot of old school friends of mine that were handed ponies on a plate and outgrew the horsey scene and now have nothing to do with them, maybe because it was made too easy for them? or maybe because they just have more important things in life, but i learnt alot more the way i did things.

ive been riding there for 7years and dont wana quit cos i love everyone there apart from "j" its not like im being paid for it! all i do is help and i get a ride in return but im always telling the instructer i dont mind if i dont get a ride because i love riding just as much as i like helping with mucking out and stuff. its just the manager that is mean to us! well moody lol. one of the girls rubbed the yard dog and J shouted at the girl and said" he is not ur dog, dont rub him again!!". she makes me so mad!
