I am wondering....

how I have ended up sitting on the floor tonight, whilst the two greyhounds stretch themselves luxuriously along the seats in my mobile home

I started off sitting next to the fire cos I was freezing after being on the yard... so they took full advantage

Sigh.... I know my place

I am half hanging of the sofa due to an unconcious labrador taking up the rest of it

- the spangle has a sofa all to himself.....

I only pay the bills...........

And to think I have just posted on the Hound Lounge (another forum) feeling guilty because my dogs wont go under the duvet when they sleep on the bed, and they get cold ears

I am totally and utterly mad

But do the seats not form a horseshoe shape? Surely there must be a little bit left to park yourself on? Either that or you have very looooonnnnnggg dogs

Ah you missed my post the other night - one of the short 'arms' of the horseshoe collapsed on me

So I only have two sides left, the 3rd side is getting mended tomorrow

I asked my lovely landlady and she said (very tactfully) that she would prefer her OH to do it as he would do a better job

Aaah yes, I've spent many an uncomfortable evening sitting on the floor, and I have TWO 3 seater settees! Have you ever done the thing where you wake up in the night with one foot on the floor and wonder what the hells going on.............then realise that it's there to stop you completely falling out of bed as the dogs have scooted you over so much
