Just got off phone to OH, his sis breeds mini yorkies and stupidly let someone into the house while she was sorting out papers etc.
He said he was going out to show the pup to his daughter, she followed, he got into van and drove off!
She didn't get reg of van or anything! They had his phone number, so phoned him and told him to bring it back - he says he will, which is highly unlikely.
Police were phoned, they phoned him also and he told them he'd bring it back. Still no sign of him and I very much doubt it will ever be seen again.
This was the same man of a certain group who called to the house time and time again asking to powerwash their roof. I can't BELIEVE she was so stupid as to even let him see the pup before money was handed over.
So lord only knows where little pup will end up

Didn't think this sort of breed was their cup of tea at all? Poor wee thing. Do you have any contacts that could go onto local sites and ask around? I know there is a 'support group' in the North West that can go and liase sometimes.
 
I haven't any contacts in this area unfortunately.
The thieving barstewards have been hanging around the area for months, trying to powerwash peoples roofs, the last time they called at the house OH was there and told them to get knotted. They knew his mum and sister live there and clearly thought they were easy targets.
The stupid idiot was leaning on the fence at the front and the damn thing broke, so they have a real brass neck coming near the place again!
OHs sis is just way too trusting, I would definitely not have had them in my house after seeing the way they were torturing people about powerwashing.
 
What's the area, roughly? Or PM me if you prefer.

We have an agreement with the neighbours to ring around if we see anything sus and our closest neighbour and his sons have been known to get handy with their side-by-sides if you know what I mean.....
