I Concussed Myself

Mo's yard is on the side of a mountain, about halfway up, the lane is private and had a pretty big patch of ice at one point, so we parked halfway up and walked up to do the horses. On the way down to the car, I rang the YO who was out to warn her to be careful as we'd put rock salt down and even that didn't help much! She promised to be careful coming home, I hung up with her and immediately slipped on the ice, fell backwards and smacked my head on the ice/road.

I'm ok just a bit of a concussion but freaked my hubby out pretty good at the time...

can I join your club? now sporting a very nice blue and green knee that is hurting. bit conerned that my knee cap does not look as central as it should.
