Some of you may recall I had a fall off my loan horse about 9 weeks ago. Hurt my ankle, knee and back. Went to A & E, X-rays, then fracture clinic, then MRI scan because they thought I'd torn the cartilage in my knee. I saw a total of 4 different doctors (including fracture clinic consultant) who looked at the x-rays. Anyway, GP phoned me late Friday night to tell me I've been walking about on a broken leg for the past 2 months! It showed up on the MRI! I'm slightly worried that as it's my back that hurting the most, they missed something there as well!?

Bl**dy hell. The NHS seem not to be able to find their *rse with 2 hands at present.

Hope you are feeling better soon, get the back checked as well.

Oh my god, you poor thing. Ouch!!!! Typical. Your only consolation is that your not living in Ireland, as they'd probably have amputated your leg, and then gone "Ooops!!!". Hope they havn't missed anything your back and that you get well soon!!
