I really struggle to see, yes sometimes you get bad advice but the amount of discussion on here about how rubbish vets are...
And then we have contradicting advice on one thread. Thankfully some people do understand that trusting an internet site without question is bonkers..after all we have no idea who everyone is!

You have just confused sooo many, who have no idea of LP, EP or singles!!!

EP = Equine Podiatrist (barefoot trimmer)

And someone won't call a vet because she's waiting to FIND an EP(who she will have no idea if they are any good whatsoever because the first thing she'll do is let them loose on a lame(undiagnosed) horse!)

Yes but doesnt that just sum up the type of people who use these 'gimmicky' treatments. FFS the horse needs a vet not a ****ing manicure! I am not saying it doesnt work for some horses, but a good deal of empathy and common sense goes a lot further.
