as we got side tracked with the problem horse post i thought i put a post on for anyone and anything !!
so if anyone has anything to say about horse related topics heres a post so we can talk about nothing in particular !!!
anyone have any grumbles or good things then go for it !!!

My dad's quite pushy. Now he doesn't come up and watch me rideat home because we always end up falling out because he always wants me to jump bigger, but I've only had the pony 4 months and not long ago he had to have 2 weeks off work because we had the influenza up my yard. I think you have to be slightly pushy, otherwise we wouldn't try new things, but too much pressure makes it no fun.
 
Never could bear pushy parents when I was a child, thankfully I didn't have them!

I have never been a pushy parent to any of my children where horses are concerned; they ride, they keep the pony; they don't ride, the pony is not available to them, I do not look after their ponies. My children have all had ponies, all have enjoyed their ponies with little input from me.
 
my sister and i have a very competitive dad and he used to be a bit pushy when we were very young competing in jumping and gymkana games, if we came second or third in an annual points trophy he would say that we shouldnt of been happy with less than first, however my mum was the opposite and just wanted us to enjoy ourselves, whether we came 1st or last. he has mellowed as we just ignored him over the years, hence my oh and i are not at least pushy with our girls
