Translation;
I don't know what to do with my pony.
I have recently got my confidence back and she is clearing 1.20m + parallels. Now I would like to register as a horse to jump intro but have a dilemma. My pony has 345n (no idea what that means) and I want to keep her under Foxhunter limits for my 9 year old cousin and aim her at the winter SJ series, but my cousin will not be ready to take over until she is 12 so the pony will be redundant for a while. The pony is 16 and not getting any younger

Solution; sell the pony now while it is going well or compete it yourself. 3 years is a long time for an older horse to wait. Or loan it until your cousin is ready.

I don't know what to do with my pony, I have recently got my confidence back on her, she has been carting me over 120 + true parallels, I would like to register as a horse to jump intros on, but have a dilema, my pony has 354 n and I want to keep her under Foxhunter limit for my 9yr old cousin to ride and aim her as a winter JC. but cousin won't be able to take over til she is at least 12, so pony will be sitting about for a long time, but don't want to much money on her and the other thing she is 16...

Well if I was you i would ride the pony and forget about your cousinn, by the time your cousin is 12 the pony will be 19 and might be stiff/arthritic and not be able to compete

well you cant leave the pony sitting around for four years,

cant you compete unaffilaited or on a ticket untill your cousin is ready...

I don't mean to be rude but people will be more inclined to help you if you write in correct English....surely they don't let you take you exams in text speak at school so you must have learnt to write at some point?

Its not really feasible to keep a 16 year old pony hanging around to wait on a 9 year old who might or might not still be into show-jumping in 3 years' time. Assuming that "354n " means the pony has won £354 notional, she's a fairly valuable little thing. I'd sell the pony now, TBH (and if I was feeling snide, I'd suggest investing at least part of the money in some spelling and grammar coaching...)

Blimey, that was the hardest reading I have done for a long time !!!
