I feel dirty!

I've just done both my horses manes with scissors - first time ever!
I did them 'showjumper' first, but couldn't bear it, so had to do a bit of cutting in and blending at the ends.

Horses loved it - both went to sleep, which makes a nice change!

Spikes turned out quite well

Alfs not quite as smart, as he has a VERY rebellious mane!

Looks lovely. I usually cut with scissors and then go over with the mane rake to make it look a bit more natural.

I've got a mane rake somewhere. That would have sped up the process a bit!!
