I found a brilliant new walk for the doglets today....

and it is just down the road from me

There is a wood which is also a nature reserve, I have ridden down the road through it dozens of times, but I actually walked there today and found a lovely circular walk around the wood

The dogs can be off the lead all the way around, and it is about 50 mins in total so just right for greyhounds

PS - sorry, a bit of a pointless post I know, but I am always pleased when I find places I can let them off the lead

Good one Splotchy!! Hope they don't want to reserve all the bunnies and other wildlife though if your 2 are running loose in there. We all know they are lean mean killing machines!!

Nice to be able to let them run wild though. I let mine loose in my fields in the morning before the horses go out. Just have to hope noone else is about thatearly!!

Yay - sounds great! I know what you mean, I found a new path yesterday which cuts our road time down and I was chuffed to bits

I think I will probably muzzle them when they are off the lead just in case Mattilda

I did read the noticeboard carefully and it definitely didnt say 'no dogs' or anything like that

All we saw today were a few birds - a jay, a buzzard and a few blackbirds etc

Yay! And lucky you seeing a jay, you usually hear them but don't see them. I came across a very cheeky one out walking and he wasn't one bit scared of the dogs.

I'm like that too! I found a great one a few years back that led to a huge lake and was chuffed to bits
