I found my favourite lurcher puppy pic again!

This is Finn as a puppy, he was so sweet asleap, which made up for him being a total git awake! Still, he is lovely now he's a grown up. Also a good pic to show that dog dens aren't necessarily cruel, he used to take himself off to bed each night in it quite happily!

Edited to say, you can see a big scar on his nose - at 12 weeks old he went sashaying up to a big lurchers bitch with love in his eyes - and paid the price!

Awww how sweet. My Lurchers gone to bed now in his crate, he sleeps upside down in it.
Just wanted to ask you, how old was he when you got rid of the crate and what did you do next as my boys head is nearly touching the top and its the biggest one!

He stayed in it until we moved to a house with a utility room, which was safe to let him (and the two spaniels) loose in - he would have been 7 months old!

Gave our boy the run of the conservatory with the cage blocking the doorway (so he could still go in it) and we came home an hour later to find him sat on the chair, near the cage, eyeing up the top of the cage. When he saw us he jumped on top of the cage to get out!
Looks like he prefers the cage
