I got a blob...and how much do you pay for scanning a mare?

The vet came today, and scanned Ticky (appaloosa) and we have a blob...yipee !! thats 3 foals due next year all appaloosas....

cost me 30€...just under £30.....how much do you get charged in the UK???

For a single mare its usually about 35euro here. varies from 30-40euro but may be down to 20euro per mare with high numbers.

so about the same then...30€ was including call out.....so not too bad..

i paid £68 including a £24 call out earlier this year. She wasnt sedated or anything, just a plain old scan! (but yay - a positive one!)
