Won't say much as dont want to be done for defamotory but.....one of her sponsors doesn't actually sponsor her - she added their logo to her website without their knowing and they are unimpressed (this was told to me in response to my email). They stated they do NOT support Miss Tryon and are horrified by her actions (reference to cruelty to LS). They said they supported the american team as a team, but did NOT support her individually and did not give her permission to use their name.

Finally someone speaking out against her - not publically but to its customers....

Interesting i thought...

Hmmm very interesting - I feel an email coming on

Very interesting!!!

Give us a clue!

Can I buy something to keep horsey warm? Something to improve steering? Something to sit on(not that I can afford one)? Something to keep my hair dry? Or something to put in a roll-up at Glastonbury?

Without feeling guilty!

Scrap that, I've got 2 now. Exactly the same as Kayleigh's and another one. Along the lines of:

'Our Company' supplies riders of all levels with high quality products for the improvement of their competitiveness, their comfort and their safety. Many riders have eliminated the pain in their ankles, knees, hips and back using our products. We have been named Product of the Year by the Horse Journal Magazine and have supplied riders in many Olympic and international medal winning performances.

It is always a tragic event when we lose a horse for any reason. Being a professional horse trainer, judge and course designer for over 35 years, I can empathize with your feelings.

I assure you that I will look into this.

Thanks for your concern for our sport.

Sincerely,

Company Representative.

Nice to make a difference, if only a small one.

Your doing well, I was wondering if any of the 'sponsors' would reply to your messages. Good for them.

Ive just had a quick scan at an American site and there is a wealth of disgust at the 'verdict' and the lack of balls shown by the FEI over there too. makes me feel a whole lot better given the number of St Amy posters we had here for a while.

We really ALL should get behind this movement to make a change, the FEI has proved itself to be a joke and certainly AT is proving herself to be not so saintly when it comes to promoting herself let alone anything else. To ride on the back of well respected businesses is getting close to fraud or misrepresentaion or something surely?

i have had an email from christian landholt (member of the ground jury and witness at trial for those who dont know) saying thanking me and everyone else who has contacted him after reading the report and urging those of us who feel strongly to contact the FEI. i know him pretty well as far as round the circuit goes so i know he is probably as frustrated as anyone about the end result but he has done all he can as an FEI official.
i have sent mine and also to seansheeps excellent list of sponsors.

Had a nice chat with CL myself and he is very grateful for the support he is getting.

Lets get writing and let the FEI know how we feel.

Have emailed all the sponsors seansheep gave (lower down on other AT post for those who want to join in) and am thrilled with the responses i have recieved - but to unearth this hidden gem that Amy is indeed not sponsored by at least one of them....clearly its not just animal cruelty miss tryon is guilty of.
Am now going to start preparing my letter to the FEI.

I've now received 2 more emails from companies categorically stating they do not sponsor AT and will be contacting Team Tryon concerning the presence of their logo on the Team Tryon website here. I have also emailed every sponsor on the page and received 5 replies.

Bl**dy Brilliant

Off to do my FEI letter as well.

If the USA appears not to have an animal welfare bill they certainly DO have VERY serious laws in regard to misuse of .Inc corporation names, etc. I work for a large USA company that is currently taking another very large multinational to court in the USA.

I think that once one or two of the companies find out about her 'Sponsorship' page it will be forced to 'disappear' and she may need that expensive lawyer again....

I have emailed the FEI and I will be working my way through the sponsor list. Think I will start with Charles Owen as I have been coveting a H200 hat for ages and now I fear I will have to find an alternative......

Excellent work....lets keep it up.

If the FEI cant meter out justice Im sure as hell the rest of us can make our feelings known to AT in lots of other ways.

Interesting - this is Horseware's sponsored riders page for the EU. link and for Oz link there is *no* USA sponsored riders outside of western disciplines............

I can too - I felt the need to check Horseware as they're the only company on there who I use and I would have had to reconsider that if they did indeed support Ms.Tryon.

Weren't some of the panel from the ILPH or something? I'm sure someone said they were and that they were not commenting until the FEI decision was in.

Well its in and we don't like it, can we appeal to them again? Given how popular they are here and how we all would go to them over the RSPCA any day, is it worth going back now and saying we aren't at all happy with the whitewash?

Hey - her website has been updated since yesterday - the sponsorship page now has the Nike logo on it - I don't think that was there yesterday ??

Thank you! I have been trying to find a contact address on their website but it's more difficult then trying to find the customer service number on the BT website.

I think that it is deliberate to hide this away - they want you to use the weblink contact us impersonal system which isn't what we want.

Thanks sean sheep for FEI directory. i have also emailed wayne roycroft, the strategic advisor simon brooks ward and andy gfiffiths as well as princess haya.

Ok I have mailed every sponser on her team tryon site and will wait for replies. Was wondering though - Do you think this woman actually pays for anything considering the amount of so called sponsership she gets?!!! and tho think there are so many talented riders out there desperate for sponsers when this woman has everything!

I bet if she had won Kentucky, these sponsors would not have objected to being associated with her.
