Oh shhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't say that please. I am not even sure where half my rugs are, they won't be going on until it hits below zero permanently anyway or until something looks chilly.

It's been a gorgeous sunny day at 25C today, frost means my trees dumping their leaves in one go all over my lawns and muggins here will be the one doing the raking

Just seen it's meant to be down to 2C on Friday night! Let's hope weather changes it's mind by then. My poor TB can't have rugs on for a while following his sarcoid treatment (one on his chest) so will be made to feel very guilty mother!

Mine has gone from 0 to totally fluffy in about 3 days, all his fetlocks thickening up and can feel that long soft winter coat pushing through. Not that I mind his winter coat as it's lovely but it's the winter and it's weather I'm dreading.

its horrible! my neddy didnt have rugs on last year till much later in the year, and he went out with one on last night :O i think im gonna give in a clip him early hes like a big hairy monster all ready
only has to look at his tack and he breas into a sweat!

It was howling with wind here last night, all of the horses were tucked up in their stables last night it was so windy

We have had many frosty mornings since the end of August, this is normal for where i live , so no biggy.
