I have a share in a horse!! :D

I have finally found a horse to share!!

The horse is called Blondie shes a halflinger at about 14-14.2 (I can't remember exactly, I know there is a bit of difference in size!)

I've got a pic here attached I'm 5ft and I look tiny on her, I have to admit I do ride with quite short stirrups and the horse is a little on the large size, around the middle!

Wondering if there is anything anyone can think of to get her into shape? Where I go to ride her there is a little schooling ring where I do a warm up and then there is plenty of space for hacking around!

If possible lots of hill work is fab.

Lots of exercise including pole and hill work. Also cut out any feed and reduce grazing if you're allowed to.

Lots and lots of hill work - as she gets fitter I would introduce little bursts of trot when out hacking

Thanks people I shall certainly do that, there is a very little hill where I go. (being in Norfolk not too many hills lol)
