I have a very happy pony!

I moved yards two days ago. My boy has for the past 18 months or so has been in a paddock on his own. He was in sight of another pony. I was never happy about him not having proper company, but needs must.

Today at his new yard he was playing with one of the ponies he is turned out with, he is with 2 others. They were play biting and rearing and trotting around together.

He has always been in the middle of any playing and mostly instigates it. Not bad for a 20 yr old. It is so nice to see him behaving like a horse again.

I know how you feel, my mare was alone for ages and was never really settled. She was surrounded by horses in other fields but as soon as one of them was brought in she'd go mental. Now she's in with two of her neighbours and is very happy
