i have anew way of washing rugs.......

we put it on and banged the outside a little to get rid of all the crap..then put some water in it. switched it off added a rug with all the clasps done up (please do this otherwise they get cuaght around the fins!!!) added some soap powder and away we went... we did have to brush mud off certain areas and rinse off with the hosepipe...but it worked!!!

Alternative to that, would be "throw the rugs in your mams washer instead of your own" then blame the evil rug washing elf!
seriously, good idea though!
tee hee!

i've never ever done this - honest!!! (and my dad wonders why they have got thru quite a few washing machines lol!) I'm lurking around waiting for spring, going to be brave and try bringing them home to do whilst hubby is at work, getting them dry and returning them before he gets home...
