Firstly thank you for all the lovely supportive PM's I have had. It means a lot that people have understood and appreciated me offering a needy horse a home.

Spoken to vet (like you guys suggested) and as the antibiotics have not worked, he is thinking along the lines of a cyst. Obviously we will know more when said horse is scoped this week.

Has anyone any experience of a cyst causing sinus problems? I assume if it is a cyst, she will need to go to hospital and have it removed?

I haven't had experience of this I'm afraid, but just want to wish you and your horse loads of luck, I hope things work out for you both, and to say I think you did a really lovely thing in taking this horse on

Never had this problem,but wouldn't they sedate and drain.
