A horse simulator. Since I came off I have been vary panicy in canter and I have always been on edge. I have just booked in a session for sat .

Just one question, I know I have to take my hat and boots but do I take my BP ?

No dont take your body protector, you wont be falling off!
Take your saddle with you and ask if its possible to use it, try not to wear too much bulky clothing, it's easier for the instructor to assess your position without it

I asked about my saddle and they said not to bring it as 'troy' has his own and I will be doing bareback as well

Where is this, how much does it cost and for how long?

I was thinking of having one as I sit skew if and would like to see if it would help sort it.
