I have just realised

my little rescue dog's previous home must have had a doorbell. One went off on TV and she has gone wild...

We have had her for two and a bit months (is that all?) and not had this happen until just now!

Nobody even knocks here, so I've never really heard her bark properly and she seems to understand people wander in and out at random.

Clever girl to remember!

I remember thinking my dog should have been a bit better trained when I got him at six months, bearing in mind his previous owners, having to teach him 'sit' and 'down'.
Then a wee while ago (I think I posted about it on here) I shouted 'PLATZ' for a laugh, because a lot of people I know train in German, and he hit the deck immediately
