...and bought a brand new saddle off of ebay, i never thought in a million years i would win the bid at such a bargain price but as someone told me, nothing is a bargain if it doesnt fit! doh! watch this space

I bought all my rugs/tack on Ebay and saved hundreds.
I bought a lovely dressage saddle (Wintec ) for £85, brand new, never used and it fitted like a glove.
You have to take the gamble to save yourself money , but , it anything dosn't fit, just stick it back on. You might even make a few bob out of it.
I have had Rambo Rugs, brand new, for less than half the catalogue prices.
It just makes you realise how much money these big companies are making if people can knock them out at half price and still make a profit.

I got my last saddle off there for not much money a £700 saddle for £220 and its great and fits both ponies really well.
Would say only go for good makes cus some of the cheap stuff is not great by looks of it and only buy from people with good feedback and sold stuff before

I got my Wintec complete, only used a couple of times for £200, the leathers & stirrups were brand new & good quality. I was also able to pick it up so was even more of a bargain.

At least if it was a proper bargain but it doesnt fit - flog it privately for more money!
