Well so long as you clean up any parcels he may leave behind. Mind you Matt said he has a pup very much like this so how do we know its yours & not his?? I think he may need to be caught & checked for a MC.

We thought it would be a good idea to get another border collie because they can keep up with each other where as the collie run the GSD ragged but twooooo barking mad collies are quite a handful but I love em both!!!!!!

Whenever I feel that I want a lift (or get fed up with the small-mindedness of some parts of the equine world in the UK) I play this to remind myself of what it is really all about. I also have a quiet chuckle to myself (when I am not choked with emotion at the sheer quality of it) when I hear Richard Davison reduced to speechlessness by the performance of the very mare he turned down as a 4 year old as 'not good enough'. I also had the pleasure of going to a lecture /demo by Andreas H in Denmark in the spring where he showed how he worked the mare in to bring her briliance to its absolute zenth without blowing her mind (definetly more calming down than warming up!) and explained that they never showed her in young horse or lower level classes as the judges wouldn't have known how to mark her. All credit to Blue Hors for not pushing her and for not forcing her back into work for the Europeans just to be there. A friend who does some PR work for Blue Hors tells me that she is back in work now but is now being aimed at individual Olympic qualifcation and World Champs so (as ever) they are playing a very long game and not forcing her in any way.
Woukd that more people would do that. OTOH, it does help if you own Lego and Legoland and thus have the money to do it!
 
That leaves a very NICE taste in the mouth hearing how they treat her, thanks for that. Think RD dropped a real clanger then but would he have allowed her that much time, I don't know enough to say?
I bet I play it at least twice a week just for the magic and can blow my own trumpet for once because I was the one who showed it to SN!

She is just magical and I'm soooo glad to hear that they are taking it slowly with her. She is very young and that does show in her work. I can't wait to see her back again.
 
That is the clip I show people who know nothing about horses or dressage to get them intrested and make them go 'wow'!

It is jaw-dropping how wonderfully responsive and yet expressive she is and the fact that her passage was completely in time with the music. Wow.
