my dog was rehomed without my knowledge or permission in july 2007, i want to find out where he is and that he is doing alright, i don't mind if he stays in his new home if he is happy or he can come back to me if they don't want him. please don't think i don't want him, he has been pulled from pillar to post all his life and was suppose to stay with me for the rest of his life but whilst i was out he was rehomed.

i believe that he was rehomed in the horsham area though this could be total wrong,

he is a 5yr yr old collie x gsd called raf. he is microchipped in my name. he is black and tan. he was rehomed from lancing west sussex. he is fairly short coated with a curly collie tail.

he looks like a gsd and has the collie brain. i love this dog to pieces and if you think you may know him please let me know

hear is a headshot of him as i don't have many pics of him

Hi there

I do hope you find him.

You say he's microchipped in your name.............do you mean you've checked with them and he's still registered to you? If not then perhaps contacting the chip people and finding out if he's now registered to someone other than you, if so ask if you can have your details passed to the new owner.

You can re-register chips to change the owner's name - even without the chip certificates. Try calling Pet Log on 870 6066751 and see if the chip number is still registered to you. If not you'll have a good place to start.
